About a month ago I got home from a vacation in the tropics, and
returning home, I had a wonderful bronzed tan, however because I don't
have the time to keep up with the suns hours, my tan began to slowly
fade, which left me looking pale.
I do not like sitting in tanning booths burning my skin, nor do I find
premature wrinkles sexy, so I decided to begin using a self tanner.
With my experience with self tanners though, most end up leaving my skin
orange, full of break outs, or they just take too long to see results.
I was hoping that when I picked up a $9.00 bottle of L'Oreal Sublime Bronze One Day Instant Tanning Gel, that it would tan my skin instantly, just as the bottle had promised.
Basically it sounded too good to be true, the tan would last only one
day, and wash off with soap and water, but every day you could apply it,
and fool the eye into thinking you have a true tan. You can even get
darker results by waiting for the gel to dry, and then applying another
layer.
My Use:
I applied a decent amount of the gel to my face and neck and waited
for it to dry. The results are truly instantly, but you have to work
fast when applying it. You glob the gel into your hand and quickly
spread and massage it into your skin. You will seriously see your skin
darkening as you apply it.
I liked it, in fact loved it, because it gave me sun kissed skin
without looking orange or fake. There were no streaks, and it absorbs
fast and does not leave any grease or smelly stink on you after you
apply it.
If you make a mistake you can simply wash it off with soap and water.
All in all I was shocked to see how well this self instant tanner
worked. I plan on going back to the store to stock up on this stuff,
because it works, and it works well, and it works instantly.
Recommendations:
This instant tanner is for anyone who does not have the free time to
spend at the beach working on their summer tan, but besides that group
of people, those who have tan lines and want to fill in the white area,
this will do it for them instantly.
