Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner - Review

I have used Garnier Fructis products off and on throughout it's years. I enjoy trying their new products, and also love flipping back to their older products.
One hair care products I have used off and on again is their Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner. I enjoy how it makes my hair feel, and how it leaves behind a nice grapefruit scent after using it.
The bottle promises that by using Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine conditioner my hair will be left as smooth as silk, and tangle free. The description is pretty humble for what it actually does do.
Whenever I use it my hair is left silky, smooth, frizz free, moisturized, shiny, and soft, without weighing my hair down any. Phew, thats a long list for just one conditioner. But they managed to pack it all in, and for that they deserve kudos.
However the reason I don't buy Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner often is that after about 3 uses in a row my hair stops reacting the way it did the first couple of times using it. It seems that Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine conditioner is the type of conditioner you have to change every around with something else every other day or so in order to get results.
If you continue to use it your hair sort of looks and begins to feel dull. It's almost as if my locks have grown an immunity to it if I use it too many days in a row. Yep, I know, that sounds weird and all, but it is exactly what I get from Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine conditioner.
I am not saying that it is a bad conditioner, because for the first few days of use it's quite a wonderful hair product.
I recommend though if you are going to use it, to use it only once a week.
Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner comes packed up in the standard Garnier Fructis type bottle. The official lime green color will catch your eye right away while browsing the hair care section at your local super store or drug store. It has a flip up cap that is positioned at the bottom of the bottle; this makes it easy to get the conditioner out even when you are running low.
Scent:
Like I mentioned earlier Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner has a citrusy scent that reminds me of grapefruit. There is a musky undertone to it that is really recognizable when your hair is dry.
Overall, the scent is a likable one.
It is my opinion that Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Fortifying Cream Conditioner is a bottle of conditioner that you should have in hand in your shower, using it every week will guarantee gorgeous hair. You can pick it up for around $5.99 for a 13 ounce bottle.
