A few weeks ago I picked up a bottle of Garnier Conditioner, slapped to the side of the conditioner came a free trial sized tube of Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub.
I hadn't opened it to try it simply because I was still using a facial
cleanser, and refused to open the free trial sized tube of Garnier
Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub, until my old cleanser
was gone.
The time came just 3 days ago.
The Promise:
According to the tube, using Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub will polish away dullness, leaving skin smooth and pure. (They forgot to mention clean...but yeah, your skin gets clean).
Packaging:
The tube of Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub looks like it belongs to the Garnier family; with the same bold neon green coloring to make it easy to find. The tube however comes with a screw on, screw off cap.
The Texture:
The texture of Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub is quite interesting. It is white mostly in color, but all throughout I noticed a lot of tiny teal colored microbeads. (Those are added of course for exfoliation, and removal of dead skin). However the white colored cream has even tinier microbeads that I would compare to microfine pieces of sand. The grainy texture is to remove even more missed dead skin, and impurities.
My Use:
I squeezed out a good quarter sized drop of Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub, and added a bit of water to the mix. I then began scrubbing the cream all over my face.
I noticed right away the scent it gave off, which was very, very refreshing. For me it is a very clean scent, with a wee drop of citrus.
The Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub did not hurt at all, even with the microbeads, and grainy texture. It was hurt-free, and I enjoyed how it felt as I scrubbed it around my face.
After rinsing my skin was left feeling clean, smooth, and fresh. I loved it!
On the downside though, Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub is very similar to other microbead scrubs that are available. The upside is though, it has a distinct scent all it's own.
What I love most about Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub is that it left my skin oil-free for the entire day, so that alone sets it apart from other scrubs available to buy.
Overall:
Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub has a gorgeous scent, it leaves skin feeling smooth, clean and fresh, and on top of that skin will remain oil free for the entire day.
For only about $6.00 you can't ask for more. I have used other facial scrubs that cost 2x's more than Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub cost, and Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub still managed to work better than those high end scrubs.
I highly recommend Garnier Nutritioniste Nutri-Pure Microbead Cream Scrub to those with oily skin. It also works wonders for those with dry skin, because it tackles and removes the skin with ease.
