Review of Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum

I was a fan of the original Estee Lauder Perfectionist Serum, and was pretty excited when my Macy's rep told me about the new and improved version of the original. I went ahead and took the plunge. I still had 2 bottles of my original Perfectionist left over for use, but being so skin concious, I went ahead and ordered their Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum, which is supposed to have added benefits which include the doubling the skins collagen building, lifting, firming, softening, and clarity.

All in all, the original did all of that, so I was wondering just what this new version would do for me.

Differences:

The difference in Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum, and the original serum is that the serum is a little bit thicker. However it goes on and glides around in the same easy to apply manner as the original does. I prefer this one actually, because I found that less seems to go farther, so in the long run I am saving money.

The issue with the serum being thicker though is that when the bottle is nearing its life, you will have to get into the bottle by yanking off the top and using something to poke the serum out with, which is very, very time consuming and annoying.

Does It Fade Our Wrinkles and Fine Lines?

Nope. Sadly neither did the original formula. What it does do though, for me personally, it worth the price I pay for this serum.

Fine lines will still be present, believe me, I have been using this particular improved serum since Christmas time and lines are still there, but thankfully not growing longer or deeper. What Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum does do for me though is a multitude of other skin improving benefits that I love.

My skin is softer, more balanced, more clear, and a heck of a lot more even in skin tone. I use it as a base under my makeup and my skin is left feeling like soft velvet all day long.

I also use it at night before bed and wake up to more dewy (not greasy) high beam skin.
All in all Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum will be my new go to beauty serum, as it does a lot for my skin. I however wished that I could say that it helps with fine lines and wrinkles, but it does not. Not for me anyway.

Is It Worth The Money?

I understand that Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP + R Wrinkle Lifting/Firming Serum is expensive. However if you have skin problems this stuff will literally balance it out, and help your skins appearance overall. From tone to clarity, and even for those with oily skin. It will balance you out and leave your skin less oily and more velvet soft and natural looking.

I highly recommend it.
