Review of the Natural Source (TNS) Hi Shine Volumiser Mist

I came across The Natural Source (TNS) Hi Shine Volumiser Mist in a local Marshalls for a low price of just $3.50. At first I nearly left the bottle behind, but it was such a large bottle that I figured it would be worth that price. Little did I know at the time that this mist is a highly sought after spray that sells for nearly $20.00.

The Scent:

Now in the store when I sprayed some of the formula into the air, I really liked the scent. It has a refined and classy like antique note to it. However the more and more I used the spray, the less I came to like the scent. It reminded me too much of Granny; no longer was it a refined classy smell, it was an old lady one.

The scent is either love it or hate it. Unfortunately for me, I loved it at first, then hated it. The scent would have been a lot easier to deal with had it not been so long lasting and potent.

The Results:

The Natural Source (TNS) Hi Shine Volumiser Mist promises to add shine to the hair (there is supposedly beer in the mix to add a natural shine to the hair). At any rate, besides just shining the hair, it's also supposed to pump up the volume.

For me, the mist did in fact add instant luster to my hair, and the shine was quickly noticed, and long lasting. Volume however was not ever present whenever I used this mist. I already have naturally volumized hair, so maybe that had something to do with it, but I was at least expecting to see more added oomph.

Luckily though, it does not frizz the hair.

Overall:

You definitely will get a nice, grease-less shine and shimmer to your locks if you were to use The Natural Source (TNS) Hi Shine Volumiser Mist, however the stink is just so overbearing that I can't whole heatedly recommend it. There are other, cheaper hair glosses, and mists that are capable of doing the exact same thing, without the over powering odor that The Natural Source (TNS) Hi Shine Volumiser Mist, gives off.
