Review of Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum

After coloring my hair too many times back to back, I began to notice the toll it was taking on my hair. I have fried my hair before, and knew that with some TLC and good serums and conditioners that I could easily restore it back to its normal state of health.

This was basically how I came across Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum. I needed a leave in serum that would quench the parched look of my damaged hair, while helping restore breakage on my ends.

Being a fan of Organix in general, I assumed that this liquid clear gloss would help fix the issues I was having.

The Scent:

I do not care for the scent of coconut products in my hair, some like it, some love it, but for me Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum smelled way too much like cheap body oil that you would rub on your body to get some color on a hot sunny day at the beach.

It is not a deal killed however, and I could get past the stink if the serum worked as it was supposed to.

My Use:

I have used Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum on both dry hair and damp hair for a little over a month ow, and sadly there has been no significant changes in the health of my hair.

When I use it on damp hair, Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum simply allows me to more easily brush through kinks. However that aside, that is all it does.

On dry hair, Organix Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum refuses to absorb into the hair, and instead coats the outer layer with a very thick, very greasy gloss. I did not like how much of the product was left on my hands, and how it refused to sink into the strands of hair.

As far as results being seen, this gloss does absolutely nothing. It left my hair feeling dry still, and no changes in split ends have been seen with twice daily use. All in all it feels as if I am just rubbing thick vegetable oil into my dry hair, and it does absolutely nothing flattering for it.

Overall:

This one is cheap in price, and the quality shows, as there is none. If you are truly looking to fix split ends, and quench parched hair this one is not going to work for you.
