Review of Shimmer Bubble Bath: Sensual Amber from Bath and Body Works

Winter is approaching, and when seasons approach I am not only excited about Christmas. snow, ice skating and all of that good stuff, but I am also ecstatic to see what Bath and Body Works has lined their shelves with.
This year was like walking into a winter wonderland. There were new products nearly everywhere I looked. New body lotion, body cream, scrubs, candles, and something that caught my eye in a matter of minutes.

This was definitely new. I had never seen such a beaut!
The Shimmer Bubble Bath is part of Bath and Body Works Collection Couture Limited Edition NO.3. The bubble bath was packaged in a cute and unique ball, that could be used as an ornament once the bath gel is gone.
The ball comes with 4 ounces of Sensual Amber Shimmer Bubble Bath. The gels color is of course the honey colored brown that basically all of Sensual Amber products come in.
I did not even have to open this one to know that I was going to buy it or not. I knew, I was buying it. I shelled out the $5.00 and took my precious home with me.
My Use:
I unscrewed the cap and immediately got kissed in the face by Sensual Amber's sweet musky scent. It's an earthy scent with top notes of Bergamont. It's just gorgeous, and I could not wait to see how many bubbles this gel would produce.
I was hoping for Hollywood like bubbles, the way Lush's bubble bars deliver. I was hoping and praying, but I had a feeling that the bubbles would be sort of eh.
As my water began to run, I poured in a small amount of Shimmer Bubble Bath. The moment the gel hit the water bubbles began to pop up everywhere. The bubbles were not thick and luscious the way I was hoping, so I poured in some more.
Within a few minutes I had a fair share amount of bubbles, and was happy with what I was about to dip my butt into.
The bubbles were scented with Sensual Amber, and the smell alone put me in a relaxing mood. The bubbles were soft and smooth and actually felt as if they were moisturizing my skin, so I enjoyed it.
I soaked for about 15 minutes. The bubbles died out though 5 minutes before that. 10 minutes is not so bad considering that I still had half of the gel left, and that it only cost me $5.00. For $5.00 you really can't get better.
Overall:
Sensual Amber Shimmer Bubble Bath is a nice cheap bathing experience. This is a must try product for those who adore Sensual Amber's scent.
I would buy it again and again, just because the smell alone was relaxing to the core.
The bubbles did not moisturize my skin the way I initially thought they were, but they did leave behind the scent that I love most. Sensual Amber. The scent lasted on my skin for about 2 hours.
Shimmer Bubble Bath in Sensual Amber gets two thumbs up, a high five, and a seal of approval from me.
