Review of Boots, Time to Cleanse, Time Dimensions Deep Cleansing Wipes

I have said it once, and I will say it again. Boots, you need to add more formula to your cleansing wipes, because they dry out within seconds of using them.

My history with Boots stretches long and far, and they are superior in facial care products when it comes to creams, lotions and other formulas. They just really need to start dousing their cleansing cloths with more formula.

Months ago I bought a package of their wipes for a steep price, and although they worked well enough, they were very dry, and needed more formula added to the wipes. I decided to try a different formula when I picked up a package of Boots, Time To Cleanse, Time Dimensions Deep Cleansing Wipes. I hoped that after the long months that had passed that they would have fixed the dry issue and seeing that these wipes had anti aging properties saturated into their cloths, that they would be worth trying.

Unfortunately I needed to use 2 of them just to rid my face of makeup, dirt and oils. I should have used 3 cloths, but I felt that was too wasteful and seeing that each package will run you $6.99, using 3 in one shot is just dreadful.

They clean well however, you just need to use too many of them to get the 'well cleansed' feeling. The scent is nice though, it's a clean fresh scent, one you would expect from Boots, but sadly they are so dry even coming freshly out of the package that I cannot fully recommend them.

Do not be discouraged though, as Boots makes wonderful products that really work as far as erasing years off of your skins appearance, however these cleansing cloths just do not make the cut.

Overall:

Although these cloths have anti aging properties within them, they are just not up to par for the price they ask for them. I would really have loved these cloths however, had they just added more formula. Do the folks who create these not test them out before shoving them on shelves? They need more formula, they turn to dry cotton like rags after swiping them across one side of your face a few times.
All in all, I like the fact that over time your skin will see improvements, but they are too pricey to continue buying, and you need too many of them to get your face fully cleansed.
