Created by dermatologists I just knew that CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion would work some magic for my skin!
I have combination dry and oily skin, so I was really worried about
how well CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion would work for me. I was afraid that
it would cause break outs because my skin has never really taken well
to moisturizers. I would end up with break outs.
A relative however recommended it up and down, saying that she heard from a friend of a friend... (you know how it goes)
that CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion was one of the best lotions she had
ever used. It not only combated dry skin like a piece of cake, but it
also kept the skin from looking greasy and oily, and kept her skin acne
free.
She gave me a large jug of it and told me to use it every night before
bed. The jug says to use it in the morning and at night, but seeing
that I already had morning skin care products to go in conjunction with
CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion, I used it only at night.
When I first twisted open the jug I realized it had no scent. Boring
yes, but I took what I could get. I dabbed my finger into it, and rubbed
it around my entire face. The moisturizer itself is white, with a runny
texture to it. When I applied it though, the texture was a lot thicker
than it looked.
It glides around the skin easily but has a sort of wet, sticky feeling
to it, that I hated to admit, but it felt like a grease pit, yet
stickier.
I thought in the morning I would wake up covered in pimples, because
CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion definitely left behind a sort of residue.
Over night though it absorbed into my skin, and left my face looking
radiant, feeling soft, and my jaw nearly dropped when I realized that I
had not a single break out over night. I usually wake up in the morning
to a nasty little zit, but this day I woke up fresh faced! Yes, fresh
faced!!!
I thought perhaps it was just a lucky day for me or something. I have
been using it nightly for 4 days now and already there is a huge
significant difference. My skin does not shine anymore, nor am I plagued
with annoying little dry patches, or breakouts.
I use this with Estee Lauder DayWear and Night Serum for best results.
When used alone though, CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion is awesome as well.
I highly recommend this one to everyone, oily skin, dry skin, or
combination oily/dry like mine is. Winter months when skin is driest
CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion could easily be the miracle cure you have
been looking for.
Although it is not as glamorous looking as some designer moisturizers,
CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion works the best, at least for me it does, and
it's why I so highly recommend it.
