Review: Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner

I picked up Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner the same time I picked up the Nexxus Therapy Moisturizing Shampoo. The conditioner however, came to a heck of a lot more money than the shampoo did; rolling in at $14.95 at my local Target!

It is my birthday this week, so I wanted to treat myself to something a little more special than the norm. I wanted to make my hair look and feel as sexy as I possibly could, and honestly Nexxus has made that possible.

The Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner has a similar scent to the shampoo, but it contains a much stronger coconut scent. The coconut scent however is a little sweet, which allows it to stand out next to other coconut scented hair products. The dash of sweetness makes it unique, and I loved it!

Like the shampoo, Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner comes in the same 13.5 ounce bottle, only it is white. For the price I paid I would have liked more conditioner, because 13.5 ounces is hardly anything, and with daily continued use, I imagine that the bottle will be empty in less than a month.

My Use:
 
After rinsing the Nexxus Moisturizing shampoo from my hair, I added a fair amount of Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner to my locks. The conditioner itself is an off white, with a creamy yellowish tint to it. It reminds me of vanilla pudding! Its got a perfect consistency to it, where it's not too runny, or too thick to run through my hair.

I allowed it to sit in for close to 5 minutes before rinsing out.

While rinsing though I could tell in the shower that Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner had just worked some sort of wonder on my hair, because it felt smooth, silky, clean, and very, very moisturized. I know that when my hair feels this good while in the shower, it will feel awesome when it dries up.

My hypothesis was correct. My hair was left so smooth, and beyond silky! I could run my fingers through my thick hair without getting caught in snarls and knots; and this was before running my hair through a straight iron!

The rich sweet coconut scent also stood behind which was also a plus.

Nexxus Humectress Ultimate Moisturizing Conditioner is a winner in my opinion. Although it is a little over priced, it does wonders for the hair that other shampoos and conditioner can't even come close to! It leaves behind shiny, healthy hair after just one use and I couldn't recommend it more!
