Review of Bordello Teeze 16 High Heel Pumps

I have had my eyes on a pair of Bordello Teeze 16, for quite some time now. I discovered the sexy 5 3/4" heels back in December on Amazon, but held off on ordering them due to the fact that they came with an open toe front. I knew I wouldn't be able to wear them till spring.

Spring has sprung and these shoes were the very first thing on my mind. There was no way I was not adding them to my ever growing collection of Bordello shoes.

There is just something about these shoes. They are hands down the sexiest shoes I have ever come across, with such a sexy curve to them, and ever since buying my first pair, I have become an addict. Besides the fact that these shoes make me feel sexy, they look sexy, and I get compliments whenever I wear them, from men and women alike.

I have tried keeping these shoes a secret though, because the more people become aware of them, the faster they fly out of stock, and the prices rise up. However with the non-stop compliments, and the curious consumers asking where I got them, or what kind of shoes they are, I felt it only fair to share my favorite find.

The Teeze 16 in particular are made for spring or summer wear, with the open toe, you have to make sure you have warm weather when you wear them, otherwise your feet will freeze. Also due to the fact that they are made with lush velvet, you do not want to get them wet.

The Bordello Teeze 16 heels have a rather long heel, coming in at 5 3/4" with a 1" front platform. The thing is, they only look difficult to walk in. They are balanced so precisely that slipping them on and just going is not all too difficult, and will only require a small amount of time practicing walking around in them comfortably. I have been wearing Bordello's for so long now, that the height and long heel does not even phase me anymore. They are made comfortable, and there is never any pinching at the heel, or any other area in the shoe while I wear them.

I recommend buying them in 1 size larger than you usual sneaker size though, because they are a bit narrow, and 1 size up seems to fit me perfectly. If you have narrow feet though, pick your actual size, you will not have a problem.

The Teeze 16 heels are made with velvet and leather. The lower platform is made entirely of velvet, the middle section is leather, and the upper area is velvet. It gives off a pretty overall look, but the laces and tongue are not particularly my favorite. The laces are made of black satin, which seems to be a favorite lace method of Bordello shoes. The tongue is an odd antique shaped tongue, which reminded me of Victorian school teacher shoes. I don't like the tongue all too much, but when you lace the satin string, it covers the tongue up.

Personally I will likely buy regular black laces to get rid of the satin lace, which I know will eventually fray anyway.

Overall though, the Bordello Teeze 16 heels are beautiful to look at, they are easy to walk in, and they will rake in compliments. They make you feel sexy, and not many shoes are capable of bringing out a bold and vibrant sex appeal quite like Bordello's.
