After being slightly disappointed with the lack of long lasting scent
from the original Paris Hilton fragrance line, I stopped buying the
newly released fragrances in the collection. I figured they would be
like the original; where it smells fantastic and only lasts for 10
minutes!
I was dead wrong though. I recently was given a set of a bunch of
different Paris Hilton perfumes, and Paris Hilton's Heiress perfume was
included in the set.
I was expecting it to be like the original. A great scent, with absolutely no last. I sprayed it on to my wrist and my shirt.
I was greeted with a fruity blast from the past that I absolutely
knew, and loved. You see back when I was around 14 years old, I had this
glitter body spray that smelled just like Heiress! It brought back
memories of my teen days when I used this spray religiously, and I
absolutely loved it.
Paris Hilton Heiress smells like every fruit one could imagine
squished and combined into a very strong fruity fragrance with a very
subtle delicate floral note added to it. It's so sweet, and so addicting
that just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
I was praying that the scent would last. My prayers were answered
because Heiress tuck around true and strong for the entire day. I was
even able to smell it on my shirt the next day when I was throwing the
shirt in the wash. I was impressed! Very impressed!
The bottle that my spray came in was a small trial bottle that came in
a set. Normally Heiress is found in larger square shaped tall glass
bottles, with a pink leopard like background to it. It's a cute bottle,
but not one I would personally keep around after the perfume ran out. (Yes, I collect perfume bottles)
Overall Paris Hilton Heiress has definitely been done before, and you
may even recognize the scent to some sort of spray you had as a
teenager, however due to the fact that Heiress captured an old scent
that I grew up with, I was delighted, and equally delighted to find that
the sweet scent lasted and lasted. It's a very youthful playful scent,
and it's definitely girly; one that I would recommend a million times
over.
