Review: TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner

When I popped the cork style cap on TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner I was in love. The smell reminded me so much of "Honey, I Washed The Kids Soap", sold by Lush. It had a very sweet, creamy, sugary scent to it, with a mix of caramel honey and a spice of vanilla.

It smelled a lot like the sister shampoo, however had a much more potent and lasting kick to it.

Normally I wouldn't spend $14 on a small 8.5 ounce bottle of conditioner, but the scent captivated me. I had to have it.

TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner promised to moisturize my processed hair, while leaving it healthy and shiny. Basically it's the same promise you will find in any shampoo or conditioner. TIGI however, has always been remarkable when it comes to leaving my hair feeling silky, looking shiny, healthy, and overall just leaving my hair feeling its very best. I figured Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner would do just the same.

My Use:

In the shower I first rinsed with TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Shampoo, and then went ahead and squeezed a good sized portion of the conditioner into my palms and worked it into my wet hair. The conditioner is creamy, but does not have a thick cream feeling to it. I never liked the thick creamy base because it tends to weigh down my hair, making it look greasy much faster than usual. Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner has the perfect balance of creaminess, and moisturization that as I was running it through my hair I could feel an almost near immediate change. Knots unraveled, and my hair was left silky.

I let the conditioner sit in for about 5 minutes before rinsing. It rinsed with ease, and in the shower I could tell that a difference had been made. My hair was left feeling very soft, very manageable, and feeling like silk.

As my hair dried the Oatmeal and Honey fragrance stood with me, which was appreciated. My hair dried much softer and silkier, with a little added extra body. I already have very, very thick hair so I could have done without the body, however I still liked it because it was not frizz, just extra oomph. My hair was still soft, and still knot free.

As far as moisturization goes, my hair felt quenched and hydrated.

Overall:

TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey did some special wonders for my hair. I love the scent it leaves behind, and love how it left my hair looking shiny, clean and healthy. Mostly though I love how my hair felt.

I recommend this one to all hair types, especially those looking to charge up dull looking hair.
