The 30-Day Test with Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps

About a week ago I came across a cool looking product by Elizabeth Arden. Small pink capsules in a cute see through container. The name?Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

I did not buy the pack though because it was priced at $28.98, and seeing how I have never really spent that much money on facial care, I skipped.

However after looking Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps up online, I discovered that they were selling them for around $65.00 for the exact same 60 count package that was available at Sam's Club.

I went back a few days later and picked up a container. I hoped they worked, and hoped that the capsules would provide some sort of change for my skins texture.

My Skin:

My skin has ups and downs. In the winter my skin will have extremely dry areas, and my noise and mid forehead will be shiny and oily. Exfoliating the dry skin only will make my skin drier. Adding moisturization will make the oily spots even more oily. I feel like I can't win.

During the summer the oil problem is even worse, with tons of shine, and only minimal spots of dryness. Exfoliating in the summer time works a wee bit better, but shine is always a problem, no matter how many shine free and oil controlling lotions and creams I use.

The promise from Elizabeth Arden:

Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps will help strengthen your skins resistance to fine lines, and will retexturize the areas around the eyes, for softer looking skin.

The Benefits:

Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps will INSTANTLY retexturize skin! (Thats a bold promise!)
Reduce the appearance of fine lines
Protects skin from environmental stress
Helps soothe sensitive skin
Enhances hydration
-Dermatologist and clinically tested.

My Thoughts After Reading The Promises:

This stuff sounds good, and the whole promise with the word INSTANT thrown in pretty much sold me on the idea.

Packaging:

I had never in my life used anything on my skin that came sealed in it's own itty little individual pod, and that is exactly what Elizabeth ArdenCeramide Advanced Time Complex Caps is.

A batch of 60 pink capsules come enclosed in a clear pod shaped container. The packaging is really attractive, as are the mini pink pods that are meant for individual uses.

Directions:

Simply twist the small cap off of the pink cap, squeeze into your palm, and apply the contents to your face and neck.

This is what I did, and instead of telling you about my overall results, I figured I would go the extra mile and tell you about my experience's day by day while using Elizabeth Aden's Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

(This review was written over the course of one month; 30 days)

Day 1:

I was really excited to get home and use Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps. I wanted to see if it would live up to its promise! Before twisting the top off of one of the pink capsules, I first wondered what would be inside of it. A small dollop of cream, runny lotion, or something oily?

I twisted the top off about 3 times around, and finally had it removed. I then held the small pink cap in between my thumb and pointer, and squeezed out the contents into the palm of my hand.

This was no lotion, or cream. In fact what spilled from the pink capsule was actually quite disgusting, and the thought of having to put it on my face sort of irked me.

What spilled from the capsule was in fact oil. The texture of oil, the yellowish/orange color of oil. I was sickened really. It reminded me of pure vegetable oil, and me having oily skin really wondered what in hell this would do to my skin. Would it cause break outs? Should I return it?!

Before deciding what I would do with Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps, I applied it. I had to try it before I could knock it.

I rubbed the oil in my palms, and applied.

It was really nasty, and I don't give a heck what the promise stated (scent free), Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps smells like vegie oil!!!! It has the texture of oil, the feel of applying oil to your face... to put it straight, applying Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps is no rewarding treat.

I rubbed Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps around my face, and on to my neck. There is more than enough oil in the little capsule to cover your entire face and neck, so don't worry about there not being enough product in the cap.

I massaged it into my skin, and let it dry. In about a minute the nasty oily texture was gone, and my skin was left feeling soft. I was glad because I truly thought it would leave my skin looking and feeling like a grease pit. This wasn't the case.

Day 1 Results:

No major improvements. My skin was left much softer and a hell of a lot more moisturized. Luckily though the oily substance in the cap didn't actually leave oil behind on my skin. It absorbs within a minute and skin is left feeling nice. As the day wore thin though my skin went back to it's normal texture.

As far as wrinkles and fine lines go, there were no instant differences.

Day 2 Results:

My skin was left very soft. I'm still irked by the oily texture that I have to wipe on my face. Looking in the mirror a half hour later though, and I will say that I 100% can see a difference in the surrounding area of my eyes. I was not expecting to see ANY results on day 2 of using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

The difference is a minor one, but it is truly noticeable to me. Fine, fine lines though are still present, but dare I say, they look smoother!?

I'm impressed.

Soft feeling skin though, diminishes throughout the day.

Day 3 Results:

I was not to thrilled with the results today. I decided to apply Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps to my face and neck in the morning, allowed it to dry, and then applied makeup over it.

My face throughout the day felt extremely greasy and gunky. Not a nice feeling at all. The results were bare minimal, and I didn't notice any improvements in my skin. In fact my skin looked worse, because I got a few small break outs. Whether or not Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps is the ultimate cause is yet to be established.

I cannot mark this one and say its an awful product yet, because the weather may have played a role in the feeling of my skin. Hot and muggy.

Day 4 Results:

Not very impressed on day 4. I applied this time at night, because I didn't like the way it made my skin feel oily and greasy the day before while at work. In the morning I woke up t very greasy skin, and a few small oil zits on my nose. Oil zits are basically those rare nasty, nasties that I get whenever my skin is too greasy.

My skin after washing did however feel slightly softer, and it does look a little more glowing...however I find I am breaking out more often than ever since using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

Day 5 Results:

Sad to say that I actually had to skip 2 days while using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps. My face began breaking out on a constant. Every morning I found that I was waking up with a new pimple, or oily zit, which was quite disgusting. I quit using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps for 2 days, and allowed my face to clear up a tad before going back to using the caps.

This time around I decided to use Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps at night before bed, instead of in the morning.

I woke up surprisingly to no new break outs, so this was a major plus. My skin also felt smoother. A lot smoother. So far I feel undecided on whether or not I like, or hate Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

Day 6 Results:

Okay I'm starting to truly see a difference. My face looks extremely soft, and my fine lines are also softened out slightly. The change is not drastic, but it is definitely there.

Day 7 Results:

Woke up to no break outs. My face is also still looking very soft, and there is definitely an improvement! On top of my skin looking smoother, it also feels smoother. I'm beginning to not even notice the nasty greasy texture anymore.

Day 9 Results:

My face is still very soft, and my fine lines are only visible now in a 10X mirror, so I'm extremely happy. My skin tone also looks as if it has improved drastically. Where I once had blotchy skin, I now have an even full flush color.

Day 10 Results:

I do not think my skin can get any better. I'm shocked at home even my skin tone is, and how soft and smooth it appears and feels. I was not at first convinced that this would work wonders for me, but day by day I am seeing a more and more improved appearance.

Day 11 Results:

Same as yesterday. My skin is pretty flawless by now. I did however wake up to one small pimple on my lower chin.

Day 12 Results:

The pimple is still there, but thankfully no new zitty friends popped up over night for a visit. Skin though still looks flawless even with the new friend on my chin.

Day 13:

My skin is still looking great, and still improving. I did not think it could get any better, but here I am with glowing skin.

Day 14 Results:

So I managed to diminish the appearance of the last pimple that popped up on my chin, only to wake up this morning to discover one big sucker right under my nose, this dang thing is painful, and a spot where I have never had breakouts before, as I barely have large pores there.

I am aware that Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps, do cause break outs. At first I thought I was breaking out due to it being my womanly time of the month earlier on when I first began using the caps. However as time has gone by I have noticed that the break outs had nothing to do with my monthly changes. Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps does cause break outs. They are not severe, but they are gross nonetheless.

With the breakouts aside though, I will say a pimple popping up here and there is worth the results that my skin is getting overall. Every passing day I see an improvement in my skins tone, the fact that it has evened out my skin color, and diminished fine lines.

Day 15 Results:

I applied Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps the night before and woke up to no new nasty bumpy surprises on my face. The one painful pimple under my nose is still very present. My skin however is the same as before. I don't really notice any new improvement's. As of now I feel like my skin is the best it can get while using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps. Still though, we have half a month to go to determine that though.

Day 16 Results:

No new break outs today, still working on getting rid of the breakouts from the other day. They are diminishing, either way though my skin is still looking soft and new, as if Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps managed to bring my skins appearance back to when I was in my early 20's. Its a major plus, and as of now I feel that the caps are a must have for those looking to rejuvenate their skin.

Day 17 Results:

Happy to report that there were no new pimples or zits to surprise me in the morning. My skin is and still is relatively the same as the past few days. Nothing new or improved to report today. The results though, even if they stop here are still pretty damn fantastic.

Day 18 Results:

Skin is still the same. Pimples are gone, and I have a fresh youthful appearance and glow. My mom even complimented and asked what I was using. You know that you are getting good results when other people are able to notice a difference. She actually thought I was pregnant because of my new youthful glow. I'm not! Hehe. But yeah, expect glowing skin.

Day 19 Results:

My skin has not improved from what it was, but I find that I do not see new improvements but every 3 or 4 days later, so hopefully y tomorrow I will notice something different. I'm happy with the results as of now though.

Day 20 Results:

My face is still flawless, although it has not improved much. Some very very small fine lines near my eyes are still there, but from when I first started they are a hell of a lot smaller. I am hoping that within the next 10 days of my testing this stuff out, they will be nearly invisible.

Day 21:

There have been no new improvements, my skin still remains looking and feeling pretty fabulous, so this is a huge plus.

Day 22 Results:

Nothing new to report. No new pimples or break outs. My skin is still also looking and feeling great. The fine lines near my eyes are still present, but as I stated earlier, they are much much smaller.

Day 23 Results:

Nothing new. Skin is still looking bright, younger, and is definitely tighter.

Day 24 Results:

I believe I see a slight improvement in those fine lines that were still visible the other day. The lines are still there, but truly the only way I am able to see them with the naked eye is when I flip my 10X mirror on.

Day 25:

My skin has improved slightly, and honestly I have come to realize that it takes a few days in between the last improvement, to show signs of anything newly improved. So far nothing new, smaller fine lines on my eyes, but as far as my skin goes, it is still the same. This though is a good thing!

Day 26 Results:

Again nothing new here to report. Skin looking like a million bucks, and honestly I don't think there will be much of an improvement within the next few days.

Day 27:

Pores are ever so small, skin is soft, fine lines are nearly impossible to see with the naked eye, and all in all my skin just looks younger. I know that sounds crazy... but my skin looks younger!

Day 28 Results:

Nothing new to report. Still sporting my baby fresh skin, and loving the compliments.

Day 29:

Skin feels softer than usual. Other than that though, nothing new to report.

Day 30:

The time has finally come, although day 30 didn't add anything new to the appearance of my skin, I will say that I am 100% satisfied in Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps. I truly went into this whole 30 day test not thinking I'd see much of a difference, if at all. Yet here I am preaching how much I love this product.

Even though Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps does and will cause minor break outs, those break outs are mainly gone in just a day or so, and are pretty small. The way I see it is, if you plan on having skin that looks like a teenager, expect the teenage break outs! So I say break outs in a good way.

I have physically seen the difference on a day to day basis, and even though the first few days showed no signs of any changes, by day 30, my skin is looking the best it ever has.

No dry spots, and best of all my oily spots do not oil up much at all anymore since using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

Recommendation:

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to improve their skin, and wipe away a few years off of their face. The results for me were pretty amazing, dramatic and my pores are VHTF. Very Hard To Find!

Although Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps won't erase huge wrinkles and lines, it will however work wonders for small lines, dull skin, large pores, and rough skin.

Overall:

By far Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps is one of the best products I have ever used on my face, and believe me I have fallen victim to tons of promising products, and none...
and I mean none come even close to the wondrous results I have gotten using Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps.

Where To Buy:

I have come across quite a few pods of Elizabeth Arden, Ceramide Advanced Time Complex Caps being sold on ebay for prices that are pretty ridiculous. I got a 60 CAP Value Pack at Sam's Club for only $29.99. Do not pay those ridiculous $90 price tags that some sites are pushing them off for. Go to Sam's Club, they have them there.
