Will L'Oreal Excellence to Go, Hair Color in Dark Brown, Really Hide All Grays?

My mother was complaining about her recent grays and white hairs showing through and taking over throughout her normally dark brown hair. I told her they had hair color that was designed for such problems, but she confirmed that she had tried these so called 'gray/white coverage' hair dyes with no success.

I knew she had not colored her hair in ages though, and figured they had to have some sort of new technology when it came to hair dye, and white and gray hairs.
Of course they did.

A little under 10 dollars, I had a new hair color called L'Oreal Excellence, To Go, in Dark Brown. Being a fan of L'Oreal Excellence in general for myself, I figured if anything would work, it would be this stuff. The best thing about this new hair color though was that it would color her hair in 10 minutes, with no drips, no mess, and it promised to not dry out the hair.

Most dyes promise not to dry out hair, and most fail, but when it comes to L'Oreal Excellence hair colors, I never had an issue. In fact my hair actually feels healthier, and looks shinier after a new color by Excellence.

Use:

I applied the dye for her, and making up the formula was a cinch. You simply pour the coloring serum into the bottle of liquid serum and shake. The smell was not too potent, which was nice, and the kit even came with a nice sized tube of after conditioner.

You have 2 options to apply. You can use the root brush as an application tip, or the standard applicator. I used the standard applicator because it is easier, and the root applicator always seems to knot up hair.

While working on applying it, I could see it changing her hair color immediately. Her whites were slowly diminishing into a deeper darker and rich brown, while the small grays were completely gone.
As the color began to set I watched her normal hair color, transform nearly instantly. She had nothing but a beautiful full head of deep dark brown hair.

After 10 minutes, she took a shower, and came out to style into a straight look.
The color was stunning, with natural and beautiful lights of deep dark mahogany mixed in with the darker brown color. I was not expecting to see a reddish tint, but she loved it, and I particularly loved it as well.

Overall:

If you are looking to hide those stubborn whites and grays, look no further than L'Oreal Excellence To Go. Dark Brown is a stunning color, and I am sure the others will work just as well as this one had. It is fast, easy, and you get results you will like.
