Is Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream, Worth the Asking Price?

Most wrinkle creams promise the same thing, a younger face, more elasticity, and softer, tighter skin, that is visibly noticeable. Most don't work, and most ask for prices that are borderline insane.
While some high end products produce said miracles, aka La Mer, others fail to make the mark, and some work just as well as La Mer for half the price or more.

Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream is somewhere in the middle when it comes to pricing. This wrinkle cream runs at around $50.00, which is not too high compared to other creams I have tried, and it is not too low in price as to where you would think the product sucks.

So how is it?

I have been using Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream for around 3 weeks now, and I use it daily. The thing I truly love about this one is its fragrance. At first this worried me, as most fragrant creams for my skin cause break outs, however Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream did not cause any such tragedy to my skin, so all was well.

The scent is a nice, clean fresh one. One that can easily become addictive.

The cream itself does not have a very thick consistency, in fact I would lean more toward calling this one a facial lotion due to the consistency.

The fact that it is runny however does not deter from how wonderful it feels on the skin once you rub it in. It absorbs fast and does not leave any residue on the skin, or greasy shiny after glow like some wrinkle creams leave behind.

Clarins Multi-Active Day Early Wrinkle Correction Cream just absorbs in quickly, and leaves your skin feeling soft and clean. It does not work that well when it comes to adding moisture though. I am fine with that, as when I use anti wrinkle creams or serums, I usually always follow up with my favorite moisturizer, which happens to be Eucerin.

Any Results?

Well after using it day in and day out for 3 consecutive weeks I have to say that the results are mediocre. I notice my skins balance in tone is looking fantastic, and I have not experienced any break outs since using it, but as far as wrinkles fading or looking less deep, I'd have to say there is no really visible differences.

I like this one still though because it keeps my skin tone balanced way better than any other product I have used, so that is a major plus. I also like how it feels, how it smells, and how it leaves my sin feeling refreshed for hours.

For my deep wrinkles though, I will stick to my hyaluronic acid serums, which work best and cost far less.
