Review of Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub

Whenever I run out of facial cleansing scrubs, I always go out to buy a different one, from a different brand, as whenever I am in the store there always seems to be something brand new, or something I overlooked during my previous trip.

After hitting up a local Walmart I did not come across anything new, and just about everything I spotted I had tried in the past; all except for one; Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub.

The scrub comes in your standard stand up squeeze tube, with a standard clip up cap. Inside you can easily see the green coloring of the scrub, and you can see that the formula is saturated in micro beads. Since I have been getting a few breakouts, I figured I would go with this one, as to unclog the pores in order to prevent breakouts from occurring.

My Use:
 
I went ahead and used Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub as I would any other scrub. A small dab of the scrub in my palms, followed by a small dash of water, and went ahead and began to work the scrub into my face.

The first thing I noticed was the scent, it was by far my favorite scent in a scrub to date. This one has such a sweet jolly rancher watermelon like fragrance to it, that I really liked. I worried though that the added scent would cause my skin to react poorly, and break out even more.

The second thing I noted was the huge amounts of micro beads and flecks within the scrub. They were not harsh at all, but boy, was there a lot. This added overuse of flecks, and beads was actually a benefit, as it exfoliated my skin like crazy. I liked it because I had control over how harsh or gentle I scrubbed. I did it lightly on softer more sensitive areas on my face, and scrubbed more harshly on my forehead and chin where breakouts are more likely to occur.

Once I had washed away all left over residue, I went ahead and dried up to see how my skin would feel. My skin definitely felt clean, very clean, and very very fresh and energized. As my face dried more, the skin felt tighter, but nothing uncomfortable or painful.

Since using Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub, my skin has been clear of any new break outs. It worked as I needed it to, so I am happy with my purchase.

Long term results are just as lovely as short term results. I have been using Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub for over 3 weeks now, and have not had one problem with my skin. It looks clear, and even in tone.

I would recommend this one to anyone. Use it as a daily, or day and night, to your skin care routine, and watch your skin glow with a new even skin tone, pimple free, rejuvenated and new looking surface.
