Review of Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner

I have began buying more and more Pantene products these past few months, because it seems like what they have been making lately works really well with my hair, and it is priced really low, and compared to much higher end hair care products, Pantene gives me the same exact beautiful results, for nearly 3 times less than what I used to pay for Got2b products, or Nexxus.

My most recent pick up by Pantene goes to Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner, and I only bought it because it was cheap, I wanted it to protect my hair from breaks as promised, and mostly I wanted to see if it would allow my hair to grow faster than usual.

Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner comes in a purple stand up tube, and the conditioner itself is also purple, and very thick, which I like, because thick conditioners leave my hair looking and feeling its best. I had a hunch that this conditioner would leave my hair looking, feeling, and of course smelling fantastic.

Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner has a nice fresh scent to it, that smells like what you would expect from a Pantene conditioner. Fresh, but nothing recognizable like florals or foody scents.

My Use:
 
After shampooing, I squeezed a good amount of the purple conditioner into my palms, and spread it through my hair. It spread easily, and I let it sit in my hair for a good 4 or 5 minutes before rinsing.
When I finally got around to rinsing, I knew that the conditioner had worked its magic, because my hair felt velvety soft, sleek, and kink free. I hoped the hair would dry that way.

Results:
 
My hair dried with little amounts of frizz and puffing. Frizz and puffing is normal for my hair type, which is thick and wavy; however with Pro-V Restore Beautiful Lengths Breakage Defense Conditioner my hair dried less puffed, and there was less obvious frizz, so I was happy with that.

I have been using this conditioner daily for about a month now, and as much as I like it, I do not really notice anything going on as far as faster growth. Granted hair grows slow, it would be hard to determine how fast it is growing. At any rate though, it's really good conditioner, and leaves my hair feeling and looking really nice. I'd recommend it still, even though I'd love to see my hair growing longer, and faster.
