Review: Paris Hilton's Siren Body Lotion for Women

Paris Hilton did not win me over with Fairy Dust Perfume for Women, but oddly enough I loved the body lotion. When I was given a gift set by Paris Hilton called Siren, I was excited because I really liked the perfume, and seeing that I liked Hilton's Fairy Dust Body Lotion, I assumed I'd love Siren Body Lotion.

My assumptions were off this time folks. Where one lotion by Miss Hilton impressed me, Siren depressed me.

The body lotion came in large blue squeeze tube with the same cutesy mermaid logo etched onto it. I was assuming that Siren would have golden flecks of micro-glitter, which I would have really liked, the lotion however was pure white. No glittery surprises.

I don't usually like glitter in lotion anyway, but seeing that Fairy Dust contained perfected micro-fine glitter in it, I was hoping for the same type of sparkling perfection in Siren. No such luck. No biggie though.

The Scent:

The lotion itself matched the Siren perfume as far as scent goes. It gives off a strong old woman rose scent, but quickly simmers down into an amber like vanilla mush which is mature, feminine and dare I say...classy?

I liked the scent. In fact Siren is one of my top favorites by Hilton.

The Last:

The body lotion though failed to win me over due to the fact that the scent sticks around for only 10 minutes. After applying it I figured it would last long and strong like her Fairy Dust Body Lotion did. Siren though puffed out on me in less than 20 minutes. That's just sad.

The Benefits:

The lotion itself also does not moisturize or do anything benefiting for the skin; most celebrity lotions do nothing as well, so it was expected. Most celebrity lotions at least pack a little bit of fragrant last, Siren fails miserably in that department.
Overall:
Paris Hilton's Siren Perfume for women is nice, but the body lotion is one you will just want to leave behind. It's pointless even applying it to the skin, as its scent dies out very quickly, while the skin is left feeling the same. No moisturization, no hydration. Applying it to your skin is just a waste of time if you ask me.
